Job Description
Join our dynamic commercial team at as we strive to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions in our Secure Power business unit.
As a Commercial Support Agent for Secure Power, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries with a strong focus on technical complaint resolution (70-80%). You will play a vital role in our customer service team by identifying and dispatching technical questions to our technical helpdesk or field service engineers.
Location:
Ukkel, Brussels, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring smooth processing of warranty requests, returns, and support inquiries related to commissioning, pricing, delivery times, and product registration.
- Advise customers on selecting the most suitable UPS solution tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve interdepartmental processes, mapping workflows, and actively seeking solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support Secure Power customers and the sales team in processing and modifying orders, managing inventory levels, and addressing questions before and after the sale.
- Provide assistance with credit information, logistics, and the return of commercial products.

Qualifications:
- Between 0 to 3 years of experience as a technico-commercial.
- Perfectly trilingual in French, Dutch & English.
- Bachelor or master's degree in commercial sciences, business management, engineering or related field.
- While you don't need to be a technical expert, some technical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong insight and initiative, with the ability to work independently and think creatively to meet customer needs.
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills. #LI-JB10
