ABOUT THE TEAM:


The People & Culture team, comprising 10 members from 9 different countries, actively supports nearly 200 Taloners spread across three regions. Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace and Community Management, and People Business Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Talon.One, we foster connection and collaboration across six distinct levels: Global, Regional, within Hubs, in Office, with teams, and through our digital Hub. We are seeking a professional to design and implement programs that activate our communities across these dynamic spaces.


ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:


  • Develop and implement community engagement plans to enhance connection and collaboration among distributed, remote, hybrid, and in-office teams
  • Design programs and activities that support our company culture and boost employee engagement
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication channels across teams, ensuring employees are informed and engaged
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events tailored to each community setup
  • Establish mechanisms to gather and act on employee feedback; regularly report on engagement metrics and outcomes
  • Champion DEI initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
  • Oversee office management and partner with IT Operations to ensure a seamless working experience in both our Berlin office and virtual workspaces
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement a workplace design strategy aligned with our brand


WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:


  • Experience in community engagement or a related field within a distributed or hybrid workforce
  • A background in event management, hospitality, or office management is a plus
  • Proven ability to organize events, from ideation and budgeting to execution, evaluation, and retrospectives
  • Expertise in creating initiatives that enhance the employee experience
  • Commitment to fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ability and enthusiasm to connect with team members globally and implement community initiatives across regions
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content and programs
  • Proficiency in German is a big plus
