  • Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are at all times fully functional and in an attractive condition
  • Supervise all onsite staff
  • Be knowledgeable of market conditions at all times
  • Direct and manage daily property activities
  • Win and maintain the respect and goodwill of all residents
  • Ensure monthly close-out is completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and annual reports are completed accurately and timely
  • Walk move-ins/move-outs
  • Resolve resident complaints
  • Prepare lease-related paperwork
  • Follow company procedures in the qualification, screening & acceptance of applicants
  • Process invoices on a weekly basis
  • Develop annual operating budgets
  • Develop and maintain sales/marketing plans

The qualified candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Community Manager
  • A positive attitude
  • Attention to detail in their work
  • A professional image
  • Good organizational, verbal, and written skills
  • Good decision-making abilities
  • Proficient computer skills
  • A team-player attitude

Drug testing and background screening required
