Position Overview: Community Relations Director Key Responsibilities: • Ambassadorship:Serve as the vibrant, engaging first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, creating lasting first impressions. • Strategic Networking:Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing techniques to enhance outreach and engagement. • Sales Strategy and Closure:Conduct off-site assessments, collaborate with the Executive Director to refine marketing strategies, enhance follow-up processes with referral sources, and demonstrate exceptional closing skills to secure new resident commitments. • CRM Proficiency and Lead Management:Utilize advanced CRM tools to effectively manage leads, track communication, and expedite the occupancy process, while maintaining high engagement with potential clients. Candidate Profile: • Proven Sales Leadership and Closure Expertise:Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy targets, with strong closing abilities, preferably within the senior living sector. • Customer Service Excellence:A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for every prospective resident and their family. • Relevant Industry Experience:Background in managing sales processes in senior living or similar industries characterized by lengthy sales cycles. • Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
