Compensation Analyst- Equity and Deferred Compensation

Summary: 

Entegris is looking for an experienced Equity & Deferred Compensation Program Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of Entegris’ global equity compensation programs while coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and disclosure of employee equity transactions. In addition, this role will also be responsible for the administration of Entegris’ Board of Director and executive non-qualified deferred compensation programs. 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Proactively manage the overall activities of stock plan administration for Entegris’ equity compensation programs including processing of grants, vesting of shares, stock option exercises, and employee terminations within Fidelity. 

• Manage Entegris’ Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) including open enrollment, election changes and purchase event by partnering with Global HR, Finance, Payroll, Transfer Agent and Fidelity.  

• Manage integrity of plan participant and equity data, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate; audits and reconciles records between Stock Administration, HR, and Payroll. 

• Day-to-day execution of Entegris’ Supplemental Executive and Retirement Plan (SERP) and Board of Director Deferred Compensation Program including program administration, vendor management, reporting and employee communications. 

• Coordinate with Global Payroll to maintain current and accurate tax withholding and reporting. 

• Prepare equity and deferred compensation related journal entries and related reporting requirements for monthly financial close process. 

• Assist with process improvements to the stock administration function, including automating processes and work streams where possible. 

• Partner effectively and proactively with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll and external vendors in the administration and communication of equity compensation and deferred compensation programs. 

• Provide excellent customer service to plan participants and cross-functional partners on equity and deferred compensation-related questions. 

• Support the preparation of the annual proxy filing, including providing and reviewing equity and deferred compensation data. 

• Perform other duties and ad hoc requests as needed. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

Qualifications:  

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 

• Minimum of five years of global equity administration in a publicly traded company; experience administering non-qualified deferred compensation programs is preferred. 

• Experience with Fidelity Stock Plan services is required. 

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is preferred. 

• Knowledge of various equity award types (ISO, NSO, RSU, PSU, ESPP, etc.). 

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to global equity programs and taxation. 

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, efficiently prioritize tasks, and adhere to critical deadlines. 

• Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities and consistent follow-through, including project management skills. 

• Affinity for customer service, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Advanced Excel user (i.e. pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup). 

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy.
