Complex Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project plans including scope timeline resources and budget
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineers designers and stakeholders
• Managing project risks and issues and developing contingency plans as needed
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with IBM policies and procedures
• Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders including senior leadership
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members
• Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies
• Working with resources across countries
• Managing suppliers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in business engineering or a related field
• current PMP certification from PMI
• several years of experience in project management in a complex fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills are essential as well as the management of supplier
