Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and patient-focused Concierge Physician with a background in Internal or Family Medicine to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have exceptional bedside manner, a strong focus on wellness and prevention, and at least 10 years of clinical experience. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-touch, individualized care in an intimate and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient-Centered Care: Develop strong, trusting relationships with a limited patient panel, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
- Preventive Health Focus: Implement wellness programs, screenings, and strategies to promote long-term health and prevent illness.
- Comprehensive Care Delivery: Provide a wide range of care, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and coordination of specialty care when necessary.
- Exceptional Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with patients, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
- Enhanced Access: Offer patients unparalleled access to care through same-day appointments, extended visits, telemedicine, and 24/7 availability as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with active state medical licenses or eligibility for licensure in designated states.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
