Concrete Laborer/Finisher

• Overview • We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on various construction projects. Duties • Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area. • Frame work • Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand tools and power tools. • Operate heavy equipment as needed. • Collaborate with others to complete projects efficiently. • Perform hardscape installations, ensuring proper alignment and finishing techniques. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. • Assist in renovating existing structures with concrete applications. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction. • Familiarity with various power tools used in concrete finishing. • Experience with masonry techniques is a plus. • Knowledge of hardscape installation methods preferred. • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
