Connect Wealth Marketing Associate

This team will be part of a transformative marketing initiative for our innovative investment platform, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of wealth management and drive meaningful change.

As a Marketing Associate on the Connect Wealth team, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support strategic initiatives that transform our investment platform. You will be crucial in steering advisor engagement and client adoption, contributing to the success of the Connect Wealth Program, a key initiative for our firm.

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product team members to support the development and implementation of an internal strategic marketing plan
• Assist in creating a client-facing narrative that highlights the value of Connect Wealth for diverse client personas
• Support the execution of strategic marketing campaigns to drive measurable platform flows
• Contribute to the development of content programs, websites, and other marketing deliverables
• Design and customize resources that articulate the value of Connect Wealth to advisors and clients
• Engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels, regions, and channels
• Promote the use of digital channels to enhance campaign impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• BA or BS degree
• 3 + years of marketing experience
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Strong writing and editorial skills
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to build relationships and influence within a large, matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience in wealth management or investment platforms
• Financial services
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
