Construction Laborer

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring the successful completion of our projects. Responsibilities: - Assist with the demolition, construction, and cleanup of job sites. - Carry and load materials, tools, and equipment. - Perform basic carpentry, painting, and masonry tasks. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. - Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. - Assist in setting up and dismantling scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures. - Transport materials to and from job sites. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Previous experience in construction or remodeling is preferred. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. - Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines. - Punctual, reliable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
