Construction Laborer - Siding Installer

Construction Laborer Job Description: Rodsal Builders is a leading exterior cladding specialty contractor proudly delivering excellence on every job. We seek motivated construction laborers to join our team. Tasks will include (but not limited to) installing exterior cladding on project sites while working alongside other laborers under the direction of our foremen. You will be required to commute to job sites, which are located in the greater Los Angeles area, Inland Empire, Orange County, and all around So-Cal. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic construction environment. Requirements: • Experience and background in construction is preferred.Experience with exterior cladding or exterior metal installation is preferred. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to communicate with our diverse clientele and team. • Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to job sites. Please note that our warehouse is located in Corona, CA, but job sites are located all around So-Cal ranging from Los Angeles to San Diego so reliable transportation is amust. Responsibilities: • Be present and ready at project sites on time. • Be able to follow safety guidelines and installation instructions as given by our foremen. • Communicate effectively with team members and clients. • Come into work with a positive attitude and ready to collaborate with our team. Skills and Certifications: • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about exterior cladding and siding. • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
