Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. • Prepare job sites by cleaning up debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. • Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents on the job site. Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). • Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors. • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the construction field.
