Construction Worker

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction process, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites. • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. • Load and unload materials from trucks and prepare them for use on-site. • Help with the assembly of structures or installations as directed by supervisors. • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately. Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
