Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems for information technology projects, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers in connection with information technology projects. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Guiding the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps utilizing Strategic Visioning Workshops, Architecture Development, Enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF);
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Requirements and Planning Sessions, Technical Design Reviews, and Backlog Management using Jira;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Project Scoping and Monitoring, Hybrid Agile methodology, and Jira;
• Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Scrum calls, Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) Matrix, Issue and Risk tracker, and Test Cases;
• Guiding, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews utilizing Goal Setting, Learning Development Plans, and Structured Feedback;
• Guiding and implementing business transformation initiatives utilizing Product Reviews, Portfolio Analysis, and Go-To-Market Plans; and
• Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications, utilizing 5G and Edge Computing, 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Guidelines, Network Virtualization, Software-defined Networking (SDN), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (MLOps) and Single Pane of Glass (SPOG) Dashboards.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
