Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services for information technology project to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for information technology project delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Working across phases of the Agile Project Implementation, including Planning, Designing, Developing, Testing, Deploying and Reviewing phases for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Atlassian Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Microsoft (MS) Teams, and SharePoint, and ServiceNow;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Process Integration-Process Orchestration (PI-PO), Business Objects (BOBJ), Business Intelligence (BI), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), applications in the client's landscape;
• Participating in large-scale SAP S/4HANA (Business Suite 4 HANA) project implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS), MS Visio, and Teams;
• Ensuring project delivery and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Jira, and MS Teams;
• Ensuring quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including Functional Specifications, Unit Test Documentation, Knowledge Transfer & Training documentation utilizing Snagit, MS Office, and Teams;
• Utilizing HPALM to support and perform Integration, and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
• Performing SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow.
Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $131,175.00-$218,625.00
