Responsibilities

Assist to lead and negotiate commercial relationships with distributors / dealers and clinics to drive business growth.

Establishment and execution of yearly/quarterly sales target achievement plan
-
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market conditions, including customer needs and competitors, and implementation of marketing plan/alterations as needed.

Strong analytical skills including the handling of financial data
-
Demonstrates understanding of how organizations achieve profitability targets
-
Ability to develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies and ROI analysis
-
The high energy level and highly motivated & self-starter.
-
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
-
Lead strategically and proactively by example with a hands-on approach.

Brand Knowledge: Understands product, users, motivations.
Requirements
-
5 years + of experience in the healthcare industry preferably dealing with dealers and vendors.

Graduate caliber, relevant degree preferably in business or marketing
-
Successful experiences in product/service sales & marketing strategies development and implementation of sales and marketing plans/campaigns on vendors and clinics channels.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making as well as a goal-oriented approach.
-
Ability to communicate effectively and give presentations to Key Stakeholders
-
Knowledge of medical devices (ideally medical consumables) and/or pharmaceutical industries and legal/regulatory requirements

Excellent numerical, and analytical skills
-
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
