Job Description:

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Fournir des conseils judicieux Ă  chaque interaction avec le client, contribuant ainsi Ă  une expĂ©rience client exceptionnelle

  • Engager la conversation avec les clients/partenaires pour comprendre et en posant des questions profondĂ©ment curieuses et rĂ©flĂ©chies pour rĂ©pondre Ă  leurs besoins actuels et futurs en matière de produits/conseils et/ou de services en leur fournissant de manière proactive des informations/conseils/orientations
  • Offrir des connaissances avancĂ©es et/ou des conseils/orientations en ce qui concerne leur domaine d'activitĂ© respectif
  • S'assurer que les problèmes des clients/partenaires sont traitĂ©s de manière appropriĂ©e dès la première fois, en les faisant remonter si nĂ©cessaire
  • Doit rĂ©pondre aux besoins des clients/partenaires en offrant des conseils/orientations basĂ©s sur leur situation financière globale et en possĂ©dant une connaissance approfondie des besoins du cycle de vie des clients/partenaires
  • Identifier les opportunitĂ©s de vente croisĂ©e et/ou orienter les clients/partenaires vers les partenaires internes de la Banque

  • Contribuer Ă  l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires en attirant de manière proactive des clients, en acquĂ©rant et en fidĂ©lisant des clients, des opportunitĂ©s de conseils et des rĂ©fĂ©rences, afin d'augmenter la rentabilitĂ© et de permettre la croissance de l'entreprise.
  • Promouvoir et offrir une gamme complète de produits, de conseils, de services et de capacitĂ©s bancaires
  • Contribuer aux objectifs d'affaires pour l'excellence opĂ©rationnelle
  • Soutenir l'achèvement rapide et prĂ©cis des processus et procĂ©dures opĂ©rationnels
  • ProtĂ©ger les intĂ©rĂŞts de l'organisation - cerner et gĂ©rer les risques, et faire remonter les transactions et les activitĂ©s non standard et Ă  risque Ă©levĂ©, au besoin.
  • S'assurer que la documentation prĂ©parĂ©e et complĂ©tĂ©e est exacte et reflète correctement les intentions du client ou de l'entreprise et qu'elle est conforme aux règles et règlements pertinents.
  • Identifier, suggĂ©rer et participer activement aux opportunitĂ©s d'amĂ©lioration des processus
  • Assurer la diligence raisonnable nĂ©cessaire pour garantir l'exactitude de toutes les transactions / activitĂ©s des clients
  • Se tenir au courant des nouveaux enjeux, des tendances et de l'Ă©volution des exigences rĂ©glementaires et Ă©valuer les rĂ©percussions potentielles
  • Maintenir une culture de gestion et de contrĂ´le des risques, soutenue par des processus efficaces en fonction de l'appĂ©tit pour le risque.
