Content Creator

Emprise Bank is growing and looking for a talented Content Creator to help catapult the company's growth and brand awareness through content creation, copywriting, and storytelling. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Content Creator will work closely with the internal marketing team, internal stakeholders, and marketing agency to help create and execute customer facing content. This person must be familiar with corporate storytelling and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Essential functions of the role:

Content Creation

• Create content to enable growth and usage of our products and services
• Content includes emails, website, blogs, instructional/educational videos, newsletters, articles, annual reports, press releases, short form videos
• Create multimedia content for engaging stories, internal company announcement videos, external social videos, product marketing videos, and recruiting videos
• Generate ideas for content, script and storyboard the idea, and execute creative vision
• Repurpose content to fit website, video production, or social media
• Store and manage content in the company's knowledge center
• Create a robust library of self-help content, including but not limited to tutorials and videos
• Create KPIs to measure the impact and engagement of each customer education initiative and its impact on overall customer engagement and adoption

Collaboration

• Work closely with the divisions to create content quickly to fit customer needs and being adaptable and flexible as needs change
• Help brainstorm and create content calendar to boost SEO
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables

Communication

• Write clear, engaging copy in our brand voice and edit and proofread as needed
• Ensure the company's branding and tone is appropriately expressed in content

Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a content creator, copywriter, or related role
• Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Communications, Journalism, Media Arts or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Adept at photography and videography
• Understanding of social media distribution channels including Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Occasional travel required to company locations
