Content Creator/Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 

• Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging and innovative content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and on-brand content.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage daily operations of all social media platforms, including posting, monitoring, and engaging with followers.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, grow followers, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and contests in line with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader company goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the team, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Community Engagement:
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to build a positive online community.
  • Monitor social media conversations related to the brand and industry, identifying opportunities for engagement.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and branding efforts.
  • Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand values.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, etc.)
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on social media metrics.
• Experience in video editing and/or graphic design.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
