Job Description
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience in content strategy and planning content creation and SEO and optimization.

In a Typical Day You’ll:

Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing goals and core values.

Produce high-quality engaging content including blog posts white papers social media posts videos and more.
-
Optimize content for search engines to enhance visibility and engagement.
-
Plan and execute the distribution of content across various channels including the company website social media platforms email campaigns and third-party platforms.
-
Engage with the audience through compelling content that resonates with their needs and interests.
-
Analyze content performance using various metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product services and marketing to gather insights and create relevant content.

Oversee a small team of contract writers and other content creators.
-
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content strategies.
To Land This Gig You Need:
-
3-5 years of experience in content marketing preferably in magazines or social media.
-
Proven experience in developing and executing successful content strategies.
-
Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills.
-
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
-
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools like HootSuite Sprout Social.
-
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
-
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
-
Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with sales and marketing.
