We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist (Hybrid) to join the growing Marketing team at one of Atlanta's Top Places to Work, awarded by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Profisee sees content and design not as commodities but as competitive advantages that can help differentiate us in the marketplace and create and capture demand. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and well-rounded Content Marketing Specialist who can manage Profisee's content engine end-to-end.

This includes managing Profisee's organic social media, producing our podcast and providing graphic design and website support to support new blogs, landing pages, events, press releases and other digital content against a pre-defined marketing calendar and campaign strategy. Your role will build upon Profisee's "always-on" content strategy that ensures audience-centric content flows through a mix of channels to optimize engagement and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

Your Performance Objectives - What You Will Accomplish

Organic Social Media: Plan and execute a quarterly calendar of organic social media content that highlights a mixture of company updates, thought leadership, and campaign initiatives. You will also promote our "CDO Matters" podcast through video clips and episode summaries. This means you understand the dynamics of modern social channels, how they're changing, and how copywriting and content formats can stop the scroll.

Podcast Production and Marketing: You own the production of podcast episodes and push them through an efficient production process that grows the podcast brand and attracts new subscribers. This means that you work with the host on the episode calendar, write episode summaries, manage the creative process (audio and video), distribute to podcast networks, and seek new ways to market and promote the podcast.

Design Support & Production: Assist the Digital & Multimedia designer in producing thumbnail graphics, website assets, one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, and more. This means you are comfortable working in Adobe Creative Cloud apps like InDesign and Photoshop to execute templated graphics with support and design direction.

Website Support & Administration: Assist the Digital & Multimedia designer in publishing new podcast episodes, blogs, events, landing pages, and other general website updates. This means you are comfortable with a WordPress content management system (CMS) and understand best practices for both technical and on-page SEO.

Customer Marketing Support: Assist in the coordination, creation, and project management of customer-focused content and events that support driving customer satisfaction, advocacy, and product adoption.

Competencies - What We Are Looking For

Well-rounded digital marketing skills are necessary to support our marketing team end-to-end. You're comfortable publishing a web page, designing thumbnail graphics, and promoting content on social media and are the conductor of Profisee's always-on content engine.

Process- and deadline-driven marketer who can seamlessly manage projects from conception to completion without compromising your creativity.

A fast learner who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.

Team player. You will work with lots of different people to make your creativity come to life across digital channels. Collaboration, communication, and laughter are key.

You get stuff done. Strategy without execution is just an idea. You deliver results, not reasons - and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and "doing the work yourself" when/where needed. You own your work, start to finish, but aren't afraid to ask for help when you need it.
