What You’ll Do

• Assist schools in enhancing their websites by migrating content from existing websites to a new CMS and website platform.
• Utilize spreadsheets to organize and track content, changes, and project details.
• Apply HTML to update and refine content layout for improved presentation.
• Work efficiently without compromising on quality and design standards.
• Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college
• Experience with or knowledge of a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal)
• Proficient computer skills, ideally with macOS
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Understanding of modern website navigation and web design principles
• Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs/Sheets)
• Technical proficiency in tasks such as uploading, downloading, searching, and sourcing data
• Functional knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
