The Business Processing Group is responsible for the administration of contractual agreements and various marketing related programs between Chevron Products Company and its retailers, marketers, and franchise customers in accordance with the company standards and local, state and federal Laws.  The Contract Administrator is a back-office function mainly focusing on Contract and Incentive Administration and Master Data Gatekeeping of the retailers and marketers records within the Chevron Network through-out the term of the contract employment.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Contract Administration
Work closely with Fuels Sales Team, Legal Team and Sr. Contract Administrator to ensure that these contracts and agreements meets the conditions or requirement of the deals
Review, generate and monitor all contracts and deal agreements for the North America Chevron retail network in accordance with the local, state and federal law from time of request up to it’s execution or completion.
Ensure that contract’s supporting documents are consistent and aligned with the Corporate and SOX guidelines
Manage and complete contract renewals of existing accounts
Sending memos related to various Branding and Retail Program
Incentives Administration
Review and timely process Incentive Programs as request by the Fuels Sales team
Ensure that the Incentive Program being created meets the detail of the deal based on the executed Incentive Agreement
SAP Master Data Maintenance
Manage the accurate creation and update, including clean-up, of SAP Masterdata elements
Resolve issues related to master data set-up in coordination with business partners
Perform internal controls and generate reports to comply with the guidelines and customer needs
Chevron Texaco Rewards Project
Reviews and updates enrollment requests
Maintain tracking file and report out to project team and BPG leadership team
Attend meetings related to the roll out and performance of the project
Generation of agreements and electronically sending it to target recipients
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations. Â
Problem Solving skills:Â Ability to exercise critical thinking skills to identify rootcauses and implement solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills: Can effectively communicate to different levels in the organization and facilitate/present to different type of audiences
Organizational and Planning skills:Â Ability to manage priorities and work independently and with the team while producing quality work
Work Arrangements:
Open to be assigned to night shift work
Telecommute and WFH guidelines eligible (subject to terms and conditions and supervisor approval)
Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
International Considerations:Â Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
