ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of the Network Operations team, the Contract Implementation Coordinator will provide support to the development, maintenance and effective operations of the XO provider network. Your primary focus will be to support the contracting and credentialing processes. By utilizing your analytical expertise and attention to detail, you will contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our provider network operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and support implementation and maintenance of providers networks, network rates, credentialing information and applicable structures in XO systems.
- Configure and maintain contractual provider terms and reimbursements.
- Perform outreach to providers to obtain credentialing and provider information to facilitate the contracting and credentialing processes.
- Support the credentialing committee process including follow-up on committee decisions with correspondence to providers and documenting outcomes in the XO systems.
- Support the provider contracting process by providing accurate reporting to the Network Development team.
- Educate providers on best practices for timely and accurate data submission updates.
- Collaborate with other Network Operations team members and internal partners such as Claims and Provider Engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in provider network operations and/or provider credentialing.
- Highly organized and possess excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of insurance industry including contract and network management, contract reimbursement methodologies and data management from a payer perspective.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
$50,000—$65,000 USD
