We are seeking a Controllership Analyst SR | Gross Profit Assurance to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. You will be part of the Controllership team, whose mission is to provide Financial Information Reports and Analyzes with a high degree of accuracy, working on optimizing the board's decision-making process, making management and strategic planning more agile and efficient.

As a Gross Profit Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of Revenue and Cost Recognition;
• Documenting revenue flows across critical functions and monitoring the same;
• Ensure the quality of the financial information used by the company;
• Work with the improvement of the area processes, seeking to make them more scalable;
• Ensure that the systems used to account for Revenue and Cost  are correctly parameterized, and provide visibility on possible improvements and projects that are being carried out on these fronts;
• Measuring and tracking KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective action where required;
• Support in the identification of tax credits that affect the cost operations;
• Deep dive analysis and ad hoc projects.
  

What is indispensable for the Job?

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Corporate Finance knowledge;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with different teams and under time constraints;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity;
• Advanced English;
• SQL experience;
• Advanced Office package.

• Prior knowledge in Business Intelligence analytical tools (eg Tableau, Power BI, etc);

• Previous experience in Internal or External Audit.
