We create and curate celebrated series and films across distinct brands and make them available to audiences everywhere. Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC, Sundance TV and WE tv; and film distribution labels IFC Films and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.

We are currently seeking a Coord - CRM to join our Consumer Marketing & Media team based in our New York, New York headquarters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within our CRM platform (Braze) 
  • Routing campaigns through necessary stakeholders and tracking campaign status 
  • Deploying campaigns in our CRM platform
  • Partner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives 
  • Help develop and execute a best-in-class CRM program to keep our subscribers streaming
  • Partner closely with creative, business intelligence, legal, and other key stakeholders 

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with an email platform (Iterable, Braze, etc.) 
  • Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing 
  • Basic knowledge of email and push best practices 
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop experience preferred 
  • Experience working in media/entertainment or a subscription business preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Must be results-driven with an excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills 
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

The base compensation range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
