Are you a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude who is eager to join a tight knit team?  We are looking for a tenacious, detail-oriented person to join our team in McLean, VA. You will support senior staff and financial advisors in the management of the day-to-day operations of a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm.

• Process daily invoices, ACH/wire requests and bank transfers
• Handle daily deposit of client income and scanning expenses
• Monthly client bank accounts reconciliation
• Act as point of contact for financial advisors and team members on payment-related questions
• Process client reports on as needed basis
• Assist in research and clearing of outstanding payables and receipts
• Provide general administrative support for the OFS team

• Handle new and existing account administration, maintenance and transfers
• Process investment contributions, withdrawals, bond interest sweeps and other service requests
• Implement investment changes from periodic client reviews

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; relevant experience in personal financial planning or wealth management a plus
• Ability to prioritize workload, balance tasks and follow projects through completion
• Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong digital literacy and previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically SalesForce and Agilink
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
