Coordinator, Data Integrity

SUMMARY

Data Integrity is the primary point of contact providing problem resolution and support to the organization related to article / site master data, including assortment assignments (listing) in stores. Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy and consistency of data. Additional responsibilities include uploading key article and store assortment elements within the integrated SAP retail system through a variety of automation tools, and partnering with Merchandising, Inventory Management, Logistics and Inventory Control departments to ensure that all new articles are created properly within SAP's enterprise resource planning system. The Data Integrity department is responsible for the master data and pricing accuracy of all articles (SKUs) within SAP, impacting 800+ stores, 4 DCs, and multiple cross-functional teams including eCommerce.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Analyze and resolve issues to maintain and improve system accuracy via email box specifically for master data changes from many cross functional departments in the organization including Merchandising, Inventory Management, Logistics and Accounting. Execute reporting to ensure SKU and site master data is accurate within SAP. Specifically, analyze and resolve issues related to article master data, site master data, pricing or article / site accuracy. Some SKU creation. Update pricing for article / site combinations
• Processing sites and SKU combinations that belong together in SAP (called listing)
• Updating site master data including new and remodel stores, as well a understanding data dependencies and timing of system updates and flow of data.
• Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects/ analysis as directed

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Education Minimum: High School or GED
• Education Preferred: College Degree Preferred
• Experience Minimum: 0-2 (Entry Level Professional)
• Experience Preferred: SAP Retail or other business systems experience preferred
