About the role
We’re really proud of our Support Team at Design Bridge and we’re currently looking for an organised, hands-on and proactive Creative Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our unique Amsterdam Studio, which is home to a total of 120 people with more than 20 nationalities. As a Creative Coordinator your focus is on supporting the creative directors and the creative teams as a whole.
You will provide administrative and personal support to the Leadership Creative Directors and the Executive Creative Director when in the Netherlands, in terms of planning their working days and relieve them of routine administration.  You will report into the Leadership Creative Directors and the ECD.
You will also assist in maintain the communication flow between the Creative Directors and other senior management. You will enhance good communication throughout the company and with clients.Â
You will be the backup of the Executive Assistant when necessary and possibly be the backup of the Office Coordinators, if required.
As we’re an international agency, the ability to communicate clearly in English is important to ensure effective communication with clients, candidates, suppliers, and our people. Being able to speak and understand Dutch is a big plus. The ideal person will be approachable with excellent attention to detail, who is always willing to go that extra mile. All with a smile of course!Â
We have a strong preference for a full-time candidate, due to the pace of the studio.

About youÂ
This will be a hands-on role managing a range of tasks. Organisation will be your super-power! And the ability to communicate with a diverse bunch of people around the studio. You will assist the Creative Leaders with their schedules, so the ability to plan and project manage is key. You will have a range of tasks including organising creative events and initiatives including Pride events, Lunch & Learns, Student visits and other key sessions. You will be always looking at ways to improve the studio, manage a range of administrative tasks relating to the studio as well as assist with Award Entries, Creative Case Studies and Creative Events
