Are you a strong creative leader with a passion for impacting the sales of an organization through your creative vision and execution?

If so, you could be instrumental in building Bluecore into a market-dominating brand as we grow into an IPO-worthy company. The Creative Director will be responsible for bringing Bluecore’s brand from a recognized solution to a sought-after one, starting by enhancing the creative design within the sales process with powerful and differentiated storytelling that increases pipeline conversion. This person will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be a part of the Marketing leadership team.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the strategic development and project plan for creatively accelerating the sales cycle: Collaborate with the Director of Content and Sales Leadership to bring design, messaging and advocacy together in a compelling way that helps clearly illustrate Bluecore’s differentiation across website, sales decks, demos
  • Core partner in Brand Taskforce with marketing leadership: Responsible for upholding brand foundation across all touchpoints and company assets
  • Direct people management: Guide and supervise a team of creatives that includes our Visual Designer and Digital Designer
  • Responsible for creative goals associated with company-wide OKRs: Manage, track and identify risks across visual, digital, and brand goals
  • Enhance the prospect and customer experience across all touchpoints: Collaborate with the Director of DemandGen and Sales & CS Leadership to dissect the journey of a retailer from when they first interact with Bluecore to when they become advocate and identify gaps and opportunities to creatively optimize and enhance the journey for a consistent and powerful experience of the Bluecore brand
  • Drive next-level ideas for amplifying the brand: Suggest opportunities to do things bigger and better in pursuit of our company vision including big company moments such as Company Kick-off, billboards, full-production videos, trade shows and exhibit booths, and VIP dinners

What you bring to the team: (avoid too many bullets!) 3-4 max

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creative leadership role and managing a team
  • Experience applying creative muscle to a sales org of an an enterprise software company to enhance the brand *examples required
  • A proven problem solver with an analytical mindset who can be scrappy and test and learn quickly
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration that is action-oriented and receptive to feedback

Remote First:

  • We are a remote-first company and recruit from over 25 states; this role would require maintaining eastern standard hours of business
  • Although never required, Bluecorians will have the option to work from our New York City headquarters on occasion moving forward
