Creative Expert - 3D & Video Team

What you'll do:

"The Creative CoE is part of SMC (Eaton Sales and Marketing Centre) in Pune, India.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Expert who own and manage the creative concepts into compelling visual stories, a self-motivated and innovative designer. The ideal candidate will be a master in the field of video editing/motion design as well as a team player who provides creative direction for projects.

As the Creative Expert, you will meet with stakeholders to discuss and establish project objectives in terms of conceptualization. Based on the requirement you will create a compelling storyboard and further present ideas/concept to the stakeholder. In addition you will be involved standardizing and streamlining video production process. Additionally, the individual will implement and monitor quality standards and ensure contents going out of the group is error free.

The Creative Expert will possess video and design expertise, technical proficiency across multiple media (interactive, animation, video), excellent communication skills, and a talent for teamwork."
"• Manage creative projects from concept to final artwork, often independently, building on initial framework to grow the brand.
• Partner with internal team and external agency to elevate and lead the concepting, design and execution of video, motion.
• Participate in strategic discussions and provide creative thought leadership and direction.
• Create visually engaging and compelling stories through storyboarding.
• Transform storyboards into animatics for the designer to easily comprehend the concept.
• Develop templates, placeholders, and supers so designers can reuse them easily.
• Be innovative while working within brand guidelines.
• Elevate the work at every stage of the process by providing feedback to work in progress, and ensure the consistency, brand relevance, and quality of the finished product.
• Provide design guidance and technical leadership to the team whenever applicable.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Work with all the groups to standardize and streamline video production process.
• Implement and monitor adherence of the quality standards and ensure contents going out of the group is error free."

Qualifications:

Graduate/post-graduate; preferably in Art/ Communications
4 - 7 years of experience with a Creative agency or a Design House specializing in Brand environments/ Advertising/ AVs and motion graphics.
Client-facing experience or creative agency experience required; both preferred."

Skills:

Hands on knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop
"• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, designing and brand development.
• Have a graduate degree in Media, Marketing, advertising, fine art, design or any related subject.
• Demonstrated mastery within key programs within Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, clear, and effective manner
• Decisive thinker willing to try new things and able to influence others to step out of their comfort zone
• Able to balance multiple projects at once, iterate quickly and adapt to a rapidly evolving brand.
