Job Description

In this role, you will guide and manage cross-functional teams within Global Brand Marketing and with external partners to design and deliver integrated campaigns globally - orchestrating process and aligning teams to one strategy from briefing through to strategic planning, creative development, launch, and measurement.

You will partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and then together arrive at a plan, which you will help bring to life. You will do this in coordination with the Global Integrated Lead and the in-house creative team and/or outside agency partners.

You will be equal parts strategic thinker and brilliant executor. You must motivate cross-functional teams to create amazing work that is on brand, on strategy and on time/budget.

You are a self-starter who can work nimbly within a fast-moving organization with a variety of deliverable types, while also being able to confidently drive adherence to new processes. You must be an active leader who is willing to push the envelope by proactively identifying new ways of working that will help optimize existing processes and create efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the integrated lead on priority initiatives - establishing, building, and nurturing collaborative relationships with key local stakeholders and connecting all dots across the organization to better align executional teams.
  • Partner with Global Integrated Lead on the development of roadmaps for the Brand Awareness Campaign. Then determine where/how GBM resources will support priorities identified in the roadmap in partnership with finance and resource management.
  • Oversee and actively manage the delivery of projects and programs involving cross-functional teams, from strategy to implementation across all brand touchpoints - advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, events, social, comms, and more.
  • Manage outside agency partners to review media and develop/execute creative work. Be a key touchpoint for production plans with media agency and media publishers.
  • Coordinate input, manage expectations and provide consistent and clear communications to all teams involved.
  • Ensure all work being developed is helping to build a unified and consistent ServiceNow brand, and that it adheres to our latest Brand guidelines and Brand vision.
  • Manage project-specific budgets and report into Global Integrated Lead to support budget planning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team that produces brand design systems, building guidelines, programs, platforms and marketing campaigns. Experience working with agency partners in media and creative on integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Highly collaborative style capable of building and maintaining positive and productive working across departments; effectively building consensus and resolving complex issues within the project team.
  • Experience managing large 360 integrated brand campaigns executing cross-channel deliverables-photography, video, digital, social, print, OOH.
  • Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making trade-offs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
  • Exceptional ability to look at a large-scale program at a holistic and macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
  • Proven experience working for creative brands both consumer and B2B. Strong command of the creative process for development of traditional media.
  • Advanced verbal/written communication and organizational skill
  • Takes ownership and creates clarity in often ambiguous environments.
  • Creates an environment for collaboration and diverse perspectives through active listening and a growth mindset.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $129,500 - $226,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
