Job Description

Vanguard's in-house agency, RED is seeking a Creative Technology Optimization Leader to innovate with our MarTech colleagues to supercharge our optimization of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging these platforms, other creative software and GenAI to enhance our marketing efficiency and speed to market through automated processes. If you thrive on leading a group to optimize and scale efficiencies in creative software, supercharge processes, and push the boundaries of creative technologies, we want to hear from you!

  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Hire, evaluate, and supervise the team. Provide guidance and training to develop team members.
    • Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
    • Be a strong leader who can prioritize and encourage collaboration and continuous learning on your team.

  • Technology Integration and Optimization:

    • Collaborate with the MarTech team to integrate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud, streamlining our marketing operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize speed to market and efficiency using these tools.
    • Ensure that Adobe Workfront becomes the central Marketing Resource Management tool, coordinating all marketing efforts seamlessly.


  • Process Automation and Innovation:

    • Design and oversee the automation of marketing processes, reducing time-to-market for campaigns and initiatives.
    • Continuously deliver innovative future visions and evolution of our technology to drive value for our clients.
    • Integrate AI into processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
    • Hands-on technical abilities, getting your hands into the engine to move the technology forward and innovate.


  • Collaboration and Adoption:

    • Collaborate with MarTech and marketing teams to drive the adoption and optimal use of marketing technologies.
    • Train and mentor team members on best practices for utilizing marketing technology tools.
    • Manage projects that involve cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing technology environment. In-house agency experience is a plus.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications:

    • Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Deep technical knowledge of Adobe products, including Workfront, AEM, and email software.
    • Hands-on technical abilities to move the technology forward and innovate.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology implementations and optimizations.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
    • Ability to lead projects and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Critical thinking is a must,
    • Strong communicating with senior leaders, ability to communicate up and down the organization.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays - Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our office in Malvern PA.
