About the job

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for all deliverables in her/his domain of expertise at a Corporate, Region, Activity or country/MCO level (Consolidation, accounting norms & standards, Internal control, Financing & treasury, Tax, Investor relations; Insurance; Finance IS - Tools).
• Participates in the definition of her/his activity's orientations and actions plans in line with the Group's financial strategy and business objectives.
• Communicates about these orientations and provides tools and methodologies to ensure their effective implementation throughout the organization.
• Oversees and takes part in the preparation and execution of all tasks, projects and studies, relevant to her/his area of expertise
• Proactively provides advice to Entities in her/his specialty.

About you

Education:

• BA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar

Experience and skills:

• Deep business acumen and detailed market knowledge
• Multicultural experience from the international environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects as well as work effectively with cross-functional partners
• Ability to drive process improvement and change initiatives across the organization
• Excellent team player, able to think and act as One Sanofi

Language:

• Fluent in English and Turkish
