Job Description
What Will You Do
- Set-up in-app CRM amplifications (PN, IB, Shuffle Card, and a few other in-app channels) and out-app channel e.g. WhatsApp as per requested by Food marketing team.
- Align with campaign PIC whenever necessary to ensure communication that will be executed through CRM Channels is aligning with the campaign objective and construct.
- Ensure proper and timely delivery of campaign collaterals according to CRM SOP.
- Ensure quality of the nudges, copy accuracy, and relevancy to support campaign and CRM (clicks) objectives.
- Collect performance of each amplification (e.g. sent, delivered, read, clicks), and synthesize insight what works and what doesn’t work for the next campaign. Support the development of CRM monthly report alongside with CRM Team and share it with relevant stakeholders.
- Align with Food marketing budget owners to create & plan marketing budget to accommodate marketing activities.
What Will You Need
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent experience economics, marketing, communication, or business major.
- Min 2+years of experience preferably in Tech Industry and experience in managing marketing operations, marketing and finance tools/ applications.
- Good written & verbal communication (English) abilities at the business level.
- Self-driven individual with a good sense of ownership & having strong analytical thinking.
- Understand Excel/Google sheet medium level formula and Good sense of business acumen & data interpretation.
- Experience or familiar operating Bigquery is a plus point.
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude individual.
- Comfortable working in a team, strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
