CRM (Hubspot) Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Update and maintain customer records ensuring that every interaction is captured to build robust profiles.

• Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies duplicates or other sneaky issues that may arise. Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system functionality.

• Work closely with our business intelligence team to generate insightful reports on customer behavior sales performance and operational metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize CRM-related processes. Work closely with Sales Marketing Customer Service and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. Identify bottlenecks and pain points proposing solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Support the development and execution of customer segmentation strategies. Implement CRM campaigns workflows and automation processes to drive productivity and effectiveness.

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to commercial and operations teams swiftly resolving any queries or issues that arise.

• Conduct training sessions for users on CRM functionality and best practices to ensure they unlock the full potential of the system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) working with CRM systems preferably with Hubspot.

• Prior experience in technology B2B app-based companies in fintech/startup or financial services industries will be strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail communication skills and teamwork ethic with an execution mindset.

• Strong understanding of customer segments messaging and CRM best practices.

• Exceptional verbal and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extraordinary business acumen and ability to see the big picture and dive deep as required

• Passion for finance technology and start-ups and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Prior experience in an ASEAN market (working or educational)
