Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to work with Cupid Media product expect a person to be located in GMT+7 – GMT+8 timezone (or close to it). Cupid Media is an online dating company that operates 33 active niche dating websites based on religion, ethnicity, lifestyle and special interests. The network of sites are available in multiple languages and since its founding in 2000, over 60 million singles have registered across the company's sites. The position is remote and is open for two premium products of CM that are EliteCupid and SilverLove.
Your main tasks and metrics will be:
- Growth in LTV and Retention Rate of users;
- Creation and launch of promotional campaigns, providing reports and presentations on them;
- Planning and layout of regular mailings;
- Audience segmentation;
- Analysis of results;
- Setting up trigger chains;
- Conducting A/B tests;
- Interaction with UX and copywriters.
We expect from you:
- 2+ years of professional experience in B2C digital companies where the email channel generates a significant share of revenue, preferably a subscription model;
- HTML and graphic editors (photoshop or analogues);
- Experience working with a large subscription base (from 500 thousand subscribers) through return channels (email, web and app push);
- Experience interacting with technical specialists (developers, testers, designers, analysts), setting tasks;
- Understanding of metrics OR, CR, CTOR, LTV, EROI, Retention;
- Analytic mind;
- Fluency in English at a confident level.
