What You'll Bring:
  • You possess intellectual curiosity and a voracious appetite to learn TransUnion's Marketing Solutions and develop the knowledge and skills to be an independent contributor.
  • Support and learn from our Sr. Product Solutions Consulting experts as they support the presales processes (RFI's, Demos, POC's, RFP's, etc)
  • Produce thoughtful and compelling value propositions using a data-driven approach
  • Be a voice of the customer during Go-To-Marketing and product roadmap planning discussions with internal stakeholders.
  • Help identify product innovations and evolve TransUnion Marketing solutions to meet the needs of the market.
  • Qualifications/Requirements
  • 2-4+ years experience; marketing analytics strategy or marketing consulting in a client-facing role a plus
  • Possess experience with customer identity experience and/or identity resolution and audience segmentation.
  • Advanced excel skills (e.g., Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Index/Match, etc.)
  • Client-facing presentation experience with unsophisticated audiences explaining data-driven marketing applications
  • Ideal if you have specific experience in the ad or marketing tech industry, a digital marketing agency, a programmatic buying company, or client-side digital advertising. Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute as an individual contributor
  • Great writer and thinker; exceptional written and verbal communication skills

TransUnion Marketing Solutions operates in a technology + data science-heavy space. You'll enjoy this role if you've worked closely with data and marketing science teams. You love working with customers and supporting your internal stakeholders with all things associated with customer intelligence. You genuinely enjoy taking the chaos of an innovative, high-growth environment that will allow us to continue to solve problems for our customers on a daily basis. You are a data-driven customer advocate and sales partner who understands the value of building relationships with key stakeholders.
We're looking for a "customer first" focused associate who's excited about supporting business-critical customer intelligence applications. You will work on a team of Product Solutions Consultants (Sales Engineers) providing pre-sales technical and customer intelligence product expertise in support of TransUnion's Marketing Solutions business. You will be a member of the Marketing Solutions: Product Solutions Consultant team working with Sales, Product Management, and Product Marketing stakeholders. You will learn and gain in-depth product and market knowledge which you will leverage to articulate unique value propositions for TransUnion Marketing Solutions to sales staff and customers through presentations, data analyses, and product demonstrations.
