Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking a passionate self-starting Customer Marketing Associate to join the Marketing team. As the sole customer marketer on the team you’ll play a key role in owning campaigns to drive NPS retention and upsell. You’ll also help to lead customer storytelling ensuring Sales Marketing Customer Success and Expansion are all able to leverage powerful testimonials and case studies to achieve business goals.
Because you’ll be the second customer marketer to have ever been a part of the brightwheel team you’ll have an incredible opportunity to shape the customer marketing function and make an impact as we continue to scale.
What You'll Do

Drive awareness of new features and product improvements via the customer newsletter in-app messages email and the Facebook community

Build and publish email and in-app campaigns in HubSpot and Intercom; track performance and learnings for marketing leaders and cross-functional partners

Maintain and expand our customer story library providing videos quotes and case studies to support acquisition activation upsell and retention

Build strong relationships with customers turning them into champions and ambassadors

Conduct testimonial interviews with the goal of capturing brightwheel’s measurable impact
Qualifications Skills & Abilities
-
2+ years of marketing preferably at a high growth B2B SaaS company or 4+ years of customer success experience at a high growth b2b SaaS company

Demonstrated ability to nurture rock-solid relationships with customers; you are someone who has deep empathy for customers and you’re constantly advocating for them

Excellent writing skills and attention to detail

Scrappy proactive team member who is highly collaborative and gets things done

Mastery of at least one marketing/sales/product tool such as Salesforce HubSpot Braze Mailchimp Intercom Userpilot or Pendo
$52000 - $93998 a year
Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package including base salary equity and benefits. For cash compensation brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Multiple factors determine final offer amounts including geographic location candidate experience and expertise.
