Job Overview

Fountain Foodservice Solutions will be responsible for leading and developing marketing strategy and account-specific marketing objectives using industry and consumer insights to drive volume and OI growth. The CMM will be focused on collaborating with their sales counterparts to create value and building relationships with a portfolio of FS customers. He/She (they) will work closely with internal cross-functional teams (brand, customer-engagement, legal) as well as external agencies to develop and execute customer-focused initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Customer Marketing Strategy: Lead total beverage marketing strategy in collaboration with Sales Leadership; responsible for leading marketing for our specific customers by amplifying the plans and creating differentiated marketing paths to purchase platforms.

Translate Insights into Action That Drives Results: Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret shopper behavior, brand strategies, channel, and customer needs, and turn this knowledge into action and resultsAnalyze program result to identify opportunities for improvement.

Data Driven Storytelling: Able to interpret and leverage marketing data to tell a compelling and persuasive story to multiple audience levels including internal leadership and executive level communications.

Project Management: Multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously in different stages of the value creation process.

Agency Management: Brief and lead external agencies and partners from planning to execution.

Product Innovation: Work with R&D and other internal departments to develop product innovations to enhance customer beverage lineups identified through customer collaboration.

Manage Strategic Business Partnerships: Build effective and productive relationships with customers and external partners; influence complex customer situations (manage headquarter & franchisee personnel)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years in progressive consumer/and or brand marketing, sales, or agency experience preferably with a packaged goods company or within the foodservice industry (e.g., Foodservice Restaurant experience)
  • Passionate with a collaborative, strategic growth-mindset
  • Sales/category/customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in leading and/or being a part of cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate and deliver presentations
  • Strong project and people management skills, advanced strategic, critical, and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Experience in working with and managing creative agencies and other external partners
  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%) for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel)
