Job Description

The Customer Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing materials for proposals, correspondence, presentations, and reports. Their responsibilities include conducting research to gather and analyze marketing data, which will help management strategize the company's marketing direction. This role involves investigating customer demand and identifying opportunities to enhance it. Additionally, the specialist will support daily marketing operations, encompassing media campaigns, promotions, and various projects.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Can manage and organize multiple projects at a time. Provide examples.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Provide examples.
  • Collaborates across teams and can work with a range of disciplines.
  • Has basic HTML skills. Provide examples.

Here’s how you will make an impact:

  • Enable the Sales Growth and Customer Success teams
  • Provide deliverables to help cross-sell, up-sell, save, and convert customers and prospects
  • Aid as the marketing arm for customer retention
  • Conduct research to determine current and future customer needs
  • Assist in creating sales enablement content
  • Manage the Qwilr proposal customization process
  • A/B test the website for various customer segment flows
  • Help create and manage Outreach sequences
    • Personalize sequences for sales and growth executives
  • Help manage customer profiles
    • Ideal customer profiles by industry
    • Existing customer segmentation
  • Assist in review, testimonial, and case study development
    • G2, Google Business Reviews, Capterra, The App Store, Google Play Store
  • Create and manage “voice of customer” reports
  • Act as the marketing arm for the Customer Advisory Board
