Overview

Customer Order Processor, 7 month FTC. Guyancourt, France!

Would you like to become part of our team? We have an opportunity to join the order processing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Managers and Service Managers in their territory to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched on time to improve customer success and utilise field resources effectively.Ensure all orders are entered, verified and billed accurately and in a timely manner,Including the validation of discounts.

Responsibilities

Below is a snippet of some of the main duties you will have:1. Processing of consumable orders.2. Handle customer requests efficiently and expertly by telephone or email.3. Accurately raise, credit and re-invoice orders, using approved systems and processes..4. Ensure that any customer specific product or site specifications are accurately communicated to distribution andmanufacturing.5. Liaise with Credit Control concerning new account details and/or credit queries.

Qualifications

  • Professional level of French and English languages
  • Any other European language is an advantage
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven Excel skills
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with various partners.
  • SAP experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team
  • Professional experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential
