About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and will be aligned to the Customer Remediation & Customer Redress Governance team. This team works with line of business (LOB) partners, the enterprise Center of Excellence (COE), Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM), Enterprise Redress Office (ERO), and other key stakeholders to ensure WIM business units are complying with Customer Redress policy and procedures, as well as Customer Remediation policy and procedures.
In this role, you will:
- Independently lead work efforts with cross-functional teams in support of Customer Remediation activity
- Actively engage in all levels of customer remediation and customer redress (as needed) activities such as identifying where redress is occurring, distinguishing redress from other activities (e.g., accommodations, remediation), supporting data/reporting needs, and engaging with control executive partners on needed controls
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution in support of customer impact assessment and remediation processes
- Lead complex discussions capture comprehensive notes and follow-up on action items in support of customer remediation effort
- Research and respond timely to information and data requests, including high profile needs
- Monitor data and reporting for complete and timely updates, and identifying trends
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures and develop necessary controls to ensure compliance with Customer Remediation and Redress policies
- Understand the difference between customer redress and customer remediation to ensure appropriate actions are taken to redress or remediate
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry; Preferably WIM products, services, and regulatory environment
- Experience with Customer Remediation or Redress activities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure appropriate and effective risk mitigation controls are in place
- Ability to work independently and drive execution in the midst of change
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Experience consulting with internal clients and business
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
- Strong SharePoint experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with SHRP, IRMT and Veritas
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule in one of the listed job locations

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
