Job Description
TKO Management is hiring Customer Sales Associates to support our B2B wireless telecommunications campaign. In this full-time, in-person position, you’ll meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce high-speed wireless and internet services, walk them through available plans, and complete enrollments.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
• Visit assigned businesses to introduce wireless and internet service solutions
• Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers through in-person consultations
• Present product features, pricing options, and tailored recommendations for business needs
• Assist clients with selecting plans and completing on-site enrollments
• Address objections, answer questions, and ensure a clear, professional experience
• Track all client interactions and enrollment activity to support reporting and growth goals
• Collaborate with your team to share insights and improve performance strategies
Compensation & Job Details:
• Position Type:Full-Time
• Compensation:This is acommission based position. Associates typically earn $100–$180 per completed business enrollment, with most team members averaging 2–3 new enrollments per day. Weekly earnings generally range from $800 to $1,400, depending on individual performance.
• Schedule:Monday–Saturday (Approx. 40–50 hours/week)
• Work Environment:In-person role with daily travel to assigned zones; office check-ins may be required
• Clients & Products:Wireless and internet services designed for small businesses, provided by a major telecommunications carrier
What We Look For in a Candidate:
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, account management, or telecommunications is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor
• Motivated by results and confident working independently in the field
• Strong attention to detail when handling client information and reporting data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation is required for local business travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
