Leading the way with legendary customer service - at Uline! As Systems Manager for our Customer Service department, your team will build and test the tools our customer service reps rely on!

Position ResponsibilitiesÂ
Manage, mentor and develop team of User Acceptance Testers in our state-of-the art customer service call center.
Ensure thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
Direct large-scale customer service systems projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service management.

Building and maintain relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years in Customer Service or Call Center management.
Experience with project management, User Acceptance Testing methodology and Customer Service Systems implementations preferred.
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
