Customer Service Representative

Company Overview Food manufacturing company that makes a lot of different snack foods is looking for a customer service person. This position works in the corporate office north of Oak Lawn. Summary This is NOT a call center where you talk with customers one time. In this position you are assigned accounts and you manage them through the manufacturing process, keeping the customer informed along the way. We are looking for someone with experience handling accounts over the long term and doing customer service. Experience in packaging or food manufacturing preferred. Requirements • Good with Microsoft Excel • Fast learner • Experience as an account manager or customer service person handling accounts. • Good with computers • Great follow up skills • Organized • Good communication skills This is a challenging job with a lot of change and a fast pace.
