Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to be the voice of our company and help us continue to exceed expectations.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person (if applicable), to resolve questions, concerns, and requests. Your ability to listen, empathize, and find effective solutions will ensure that every customer feels heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
• Listen actively and attentively to customer needs, concerns, and feedback
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed
• Recommend improvements based on customer feedback and recurring issues
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rate
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.34 - $25.70 per hour
Shift:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
