Customer Service Representatives/Streaming Services

Do you have experience in technical support, retention, with Salesforce or with other help desk ticketing platforms?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills
