Job Description

We’re searching for a top-notch Customer Success Manager. In this role, you’ll create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and manage incoming requests from users. You’ll be assigned a portfolio of customers and help them make the most of the Snappy platform. 

You will: 

  • Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
  • Build and maintain authentic relationships with customers
  • Oversee customer account management
  • Tackle some operations responsibilities such as handling orders and creating demos
  • Execute gifting programs for our clients, often with a quick timeline
  • Resolve customer issues. It’s our job to understand the issue and come up with the best resolution for our clients as well as our business
  • Look to optimize and enhance existing processes within our company, as well as for our clients

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience delivering client-focused solutions for customer needs
  • Experience as an Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
