The Customer Success Manager will support our Revenue team on assigned Enterprise and SMB accounts to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption. The CSM plays a critical role, leveraging both account management and sales techniques to ensure our partners receive maximum value from their TicketManager investment while driving new & incremental revenue.Â
*This role is In-Office, Monday-Friday*Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Support our Revenue team on assigned accounts to promote high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and product renewalÂ
- Learn and develop skills required to successfully drive expansion sales and the enterprise levelÂ
- Analysis of customer engagement to increase product usage and adoptionÂ
- Travel. Meet with and entertain clients in person.Â
Desired Skills and Experience:Â
- BA/BS degree or equivalentÂ
- 3-5+ years of professional work experience in a collaborative, data-driven environmentÂ
- Previous customer service and/or Customer Success experience preferredÂ
- Sports & entertainment ticketing experience preferred but not requiredÂ
- Experience working with enterprise clients preferredÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills: negotiating, influencing, and dealing effectively with peopleÂ
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
- Proven success generating revenue – both new and incremental.Â
- Proven presentation and executive meeting planningÂ
- High personal integrity, ethics, and credibilityÂ
- Expertise with standard corporate software including Dynamics Salesforce.comÂ
